Your Role in DG & MDM
As part of the DG & MDM team, you’ll work closely with clients to create and implement effective data governance and master data management solutions. You’ll support organizations as they navigate complex transformations, from envisioning and developing data strategies to implementing and adapting these strategies to meet evolving requirements, such as mergers, international expansion, or new regulatory demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and communicate a vision for data governance and master data management for client organizations
- Implement data governance and/or MDM solutions tailored to client needs
- Facilitate organizational changes necessary to support successful implementation
- Support the ongoing development of the clients data foundation to ensure adaptability and high data quality
- Enable clients to respond flexibly to changes due to industry evolution, such as mergers, acquisitions, or regulatory updates

Your Experience
- A Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Applied Mathematics, Econometrics, or a related quantitative field
- At least 2 years of experience in Data Governance, Data Quality, or MDM
- Strong communication and analytical skills and a true team player
- Familiarity with data governance or MDM tools such as IBM, Informatica, Microsoft, Profisee, Stibo Systems, or Tibco
- For developers: solid knowledge of Java, JavaScript, and integration (API, JSON)
- Fluent in Dutch and English
