Your Profile
- Education: A completed bachelor’s or masters degree.
- Certifications: TOGAF and/or ArchiMate certification is highly desirable.
- Analytical Skills: Expertise in organizational and process analysis, balancing flexibility with efficiency.
- Advisory Skills: Proven ability to advise management on organizational design and steer change processes.
- Leadership: Experience coaching architects or managing an architecture team.
- Optimization: Skilled in setting up or optimizing architecture services within a business domain.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level, both spoken and written).
