Your Role:
As a (Senior) Manager of IT Transformation, youll lead organizations through digital advancements, collaborating with top IT leaders to build and execute cutting-edge strategies. Key Responsibilities:

Your Background:
- A Masters degree.
- 6+ years in IT consulting with a focus on IT transformation and digital strategy.
- Proven experience in leading and inspiring project teams.
- Deep knowledge of IT trends, digital innovation, and best practices.
- Strong alignment of IT strategies with broader business goals.
- Analytical skills for effective problem-solving and solution-building.
- Excellent communicator with a knack for presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience in change management and organizational transition facilitation.
- Adaptability in complex environments.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CDT) are a plus.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, located in the Netherlands.
