What Youll Do
As a Senior Project Manager, youll lead the charge in expanding our Business Technology capabilities. Youll actively seek new project opportunities and nurture an entrepreneurial spirit within the team. Your focus areas will include UI/UX, architecture, integrations, testing, and project management, allowing you to delve deep into diverse IT facets. Youll take ownership of project quality and cohesiveness, leading teams to develop high-impact IT solutions such as mobile applications, workflow systems, robotic solutions, and reporting tools. Our tech stack includes leading cloud platforms like Mendix, Microsoft Azure, UIPath, and Splunk, keeping you at the cutting edge of modern tech.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising on and delivering applications that leverage modern IT technologies to improve processes
- Defining workflows and gathering detailed specifications for new IT solutions
- Designing and developing applications, reporting tools, data warehouses, and robotic solutions using agile methodologies
- Ensuring solution quality through demos, testing, and end-user acceptance
- Regularly collaborating with clients and end-users to align on project progress and expectations
- Leading functional areas in UI/UX, architecture, integrations, testing, and project management, while mentoring consultants
- Developing and presenting new project proposals

Your Experience
- Bachelors and Masters degrees with a focus on technical or numerical fields
- 8+ years of relevant experience, including consultancy expertise
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a project-based setting
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, maintaining your perspective even with challenging stakeholders
- Proven commercial insight and experience in building long-term client relationships
- Fluency in Dutch and English
